Finance Manager
Full-time office-based position.
Salary range £23850 - £26250, plus 10% employer pension contribution

Grampian Credit Union is a financial co-operative owned and run by its members. It was set up in 1993 and open to anyone living or working in the Grampian area. We are not for profit and rooted in the community for the community
Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Finance Manager. The Finance Manager will be responsible for overseeing financial activities, preparing financial reports, and analysing financial data to support decision-making processes.
Main tasks
- Preparation, analysis and reporting of financial information
- Record, report and monitor the cash flow of the business
- Ensure all regulatory requirements are met by the Company
- Interface with Pension provider to submit all information required
- Interface with internal / external parties to ensure all finance queries are resolved quickly
- Bank Reconciliation and participating in year end audit
- Continuously develop and improve financial processes
- Management of line staff
- Any other duties
Reports to
CEO
Qualifications/Experience
- Finance / Accounting qualification preferred – HND, Bachelors
- Applicants Qualified by Experience (QBE) can also apply
- Experience of managing a finance team.
- Capacity to design and implement financial systems and reporting that align with the organisation's overall business strategy.
- Ability to analyse financial issues that arise and to provide sound and effective solutions.
- Ability to think strategically utilising business acumen.
- Excellent communication skills and attention to detail.
